Difficult Boss

My boss is constantly changing the rules, giving unclear instructions. asking us to do things at the last minute ("hey can you come do a lecture across town in 2 hours?"), and then she gets angry with us if we cannot get organized fast enough to keep up with her schizophrenic pace! I love the people I work with, and the job itself is great, but this woman is so difficult, and I can't figure out if I should say something to her about it or just keep my mouth shut.

I recently had to quit my job because of a boss who was a bully. I was depressed for a while because it affected my self-esteem. Normally people who don't know what they are doing, take their frustrations out on others.Leadership is a calling and a privilege that everybody should take seriously. I don't think speaking to your boss will do any good because she obviously thinks she can treat you how she wants to.She doesn't take her role as a leader seriously. Her problem is a respect issue and nothing you say can change that. I agree with the saying if you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen.
