I am a chronic pain sufferer, I am genrally in tight nots in my neck and upper back, and I have some other previous injuries that if I don't work them, even slightly, the pain is so much worse.  Moving my limbs that God has given me is a blessing that I cannot take for granted!!!  It would be so shameful to waste it all away and not enjoy all there is to enjoy!  If I were to stay in bed, say longer then a few hours I would not be able to get out of bed due to stiffness and pain.  Drinking alot of water is essential to my health as well. I have found that I crave more and more water, and that when I listen to the craving of my body asking for more, I adhere.  It has taken me many years to know how my body works, and how my body doesn't work.  I know my boundries, and limitations very, very well. 

I think it is worth it to say, listen to your body, because it will tell you exactly what it needs.
