There are fake COVID19 tests and fake reports. These are often used to scam insurance companies and airlines who refuse to fly people without a COVID19 certificate. 2. There are some hospitals that ensure that fake reports are given out fearing that having a COVID19 patient in their hospital might make the public not wanting to come to their hospital. Public hospitals do this because they fear that the departments which cater to hundreds of people everyday might be shut down. Quote Link to comment
