Do you think Live Support would be a benefit to your website and provide faster more efficient support or would live support be something you would only consider when your website is running in a commercial environment?. I personally use live support on my website and find that it genuinely gives a more professional look for my website and i feel because of this users tend to stay longer because they can access support quickly and better yet talk to someone live for assistance.
