No matter how old we are, death of a parent is always painful. sometimes the grief drags for months turning to a serious disorder. bellow are things to help you get back to normalcy.

1 Seek support. This can be from loved ones and family members who can provide comprehensive assistance.

2 Work with therapist to support and help you talk openly about your sadness, anger and frustration.

3 find a support group that helps you feel less withdrawn from grief.
