However, that is not the case as you can lose weight by doing simple exercises such as running on the spot, jumping up and down, press ups, and even running on the road. HavocHammer Posted October 26 Report Share Posted October 26 Another great option for losing weight without going to the gym is tracking your food intake using a mobile app. As @bonzer above said, creating a caloric deficit by utilizing more calories than you consume is the best ways to lose weight, and you can only do this if you know how many calories you consume in a given period, typically a day.
