Balanced diet includes carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, and minerals. Proteins are got from meat, legumes, and mushrooms. For carbohydrates, you can get them from cereals such as maize, sorghum, millet, rice, and wheat. The same foods are also reliable sources of minerals.
