That is because they see it as an awkward topic to discuss with their little ones. However, sex education creates awareness for the kids that helps them to know their worth. They learn that their private parts should be respected, that they should avoid sex before marriage and that irresponsible sexual behavior brings sexually transmitted diseases among other things.
